Anni and Natalie assist leaders, teams, and wider communities, to create cultures of care and connection through finding their Collaborative Edge. Using Collaboration Equation™ they encourage inclusive dialogue, diversity of thought and feeling, leading to Collaborative Edge.
This year they will be leading a workshop which aims to grow confidence and build leadership traits through inspiration, enablement, and support of others in the workplace themes which we feel also run throughout our community of female golfers.

During the event, intermediate and beginner players alike will have the chance to participate in the golfing activities.
Players with existing ability will be able to take to the course and play the stunning West Course which offers views of the Manor House.
Those who have yet to progress onto the course undertake a four-hour golf clinic led by PGA professional coaches. This session is designer for players of all abilities (even those with zero prior experience!) and offers the opportunity to enhance your skills and gain confidence on the golf course.
